The Program for the Ninth Branding Conference Revealed

24 May 2019

All successful brands have several common features. One of them, the one that will remain intact for all of eternity, is the impact they have made on consumers, subsequently changing their business, but also the world around them for the better. This is precisely why, “Hack the Influence” was chosen as the theme of the ninth annual Branding Conference, where all brands are invited to yet another educational gathering where they are free to join in on constructive discussions with global, regional and ingenious minds from the advertising industry.

Today, the program for the conference that will be held next week at the Historical Museum in Sarajevo was officially revealed. Soon this unique exhibition space will be completely transformed into a large classroom for everyone who believes that education is a fundamental precondition for all forms of success. The “Timetable” will cover areas of business strategy, creativity, inspiration, and innovation, as well as topics that are rarely discussed, such as breaking rules that haven’t brought us great benefits. The speakers who we will have the honor of listening to on the 31st of May come to us from global companies, bringing with them intense experiences that are backed by some of the largest advertisement awards, big market figures, and significant business results. One of them is Tino Anđić, Director of the largest retail chain in Russia. His lecture will provide insight into large-scale strategic planning, which does not include an unnecessary waste of information and is dominated by logic, statistics, and precision. Will Rust, Director of Design for Pandora jewelry, will present his advertising vision, which moves away from established rules and achieves unexpected results. Mark Shayler, founder of the company APE will speak to us regarding results that everyone loves to hear about, such as big savings and profits achieved through innovation and sustainability. The Creative Director of Publicis Italy, who represents global clients such as Heineken and Diesel, Mihnea Gheorghiu, will present to us a concept that questions the influence of social media influencers and shifts the focus on consumers through digitally adapted campaigns. A particularly interesting lecture was announced by Ravid Kuperberg, a partner at Mindscapes, who will reveal special methods through which we can turn our creative processes and thoughts into “gold”.

The conference program will certainly be complemented by additional segments and accompanying programs that promise yet another unforgettable experience, opening the possibility for new business cooperations and, most importantly, bringing together dear friends.

Although this year’s Branding Conference has brought in a record level of interest, if you hurry to branding.ba, you might be able to secure your spot through one of the last remaining passes.  Then, on May 31st, all you have to do is secure the best spot in the Historical Museum of BiH, because this unique exhibition of creative thinking in modern marketing will not be repeated.
