Will dropped out of school at the age of 9 and at the age of 15 completely left the education system behind him. A year later, he was fired for the first time at his job at McDonald’s. If failure is the route to success, Will got off to a good start.  At the age of 17, he swapped flipping burgers and delinquency for typography and design which led him to clients such as NASA, IBM, Phillips, and Tuborg, for which he created campaigns that won accolades at some of the most prestigious world festivals including Cannes Lions, D&AD, Clio, Red Dot and One Show. In January 2019 he took on the role of Director of Brand Design at Pandora Global HQ and at this year’s conference he will share with us why he strongly believes that creative people have to think like children in order to succeed. And if you don’t agree, then to Will, you’re a big, smelly elephant. 🙂

My super power is: Making beer disappear.

If I could be any brand, I would be: Hello Kitty.

My biggest fear is: The world and everything in it.

My life philosophy is: Do or do not, there is no try.
